INTRODUCTION
By placing a bulk/wholesale order, the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding products purchased from RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd., active at time of RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. receiving payment from the purchaser for a bulk/wholesale order.
DEFINITIONS
In the “BULK AND WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, the following words will be used with the following meanings:
- Purchaser: individual placing order and making payment to RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. for purchase of bulk product.
- Bulk/wholesale pricing: the price as paid by the purchaser at the time of purchase, according to bulk discounts as dictated by RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd.
- Products: any and all products sold by RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd.
- Resale: selling of RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. products by the purchaser to third-party customers.
METHOD OF RESALE
Products purchased at bulk/wholesale pricing from RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. may be resold under compliance to the following:
- Resale of products from RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. cannot be facilitated on a webstore of any kind. RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. products cannot be listed, or sold online in any capacity, including a website, social media, or webstore.
- The reselling of products from RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. must be done in person by the purchaser to the third-party customer.
RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. has the right to mandate purchaser to change method of resale if the current method of resale does not align with the terms outlined in the “BULK AND WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, according to the discretion of RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd.
RETURNS
Returns and refunds for products purchased by the purchaser from RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. are subject to the return policy of RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with the products unused and in their original packaging. Issuing of refund is subject to the discretion of RDFN FUM Natural Products. To begin the process of issuing a return, purchaser must contact RDFN FUM Natural products at info@breathefum.com.
PRICE OF RESALE
Price of resale from the purchaser is not permitted to be lower than 90% of listed price on https://www.breathefum.com/, as equivalent within the purchaser’s country currency according to the universal currency exchange on the date of resale. FÜMs and other products purchased from RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. cannot be resold at a price lower than 90% of the listed price of RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd.. RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. can mandate that resale price be changed if not in accordance with the “BULK AND WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, according to the discretion of RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd.
BULK PURCHASE
Prices of bulk/wholesale purchases are subject to change at any time, at the discretion of RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. All prices of products from RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. are set by RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd.
PURCHASER CLAIMS AND STATEMENTS
RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. is not responsible for any claims, statements or promotional content produced by the purchaser regarding RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. products for resale. All claims or statements regarding the use, purpose, or results of RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. products made by the purchaser must be directly in alignment to information provided by RDFN FÜM Natural Products Ltd. If claims are made regarding products outside of information provided by RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd., RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. has the right to mandate that the claims or statements be retracted and changed by the purchaser, according to the discretion of RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd.
RIGHT TO REFUSE PURCHASE
RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. has the right to refuse sales to purchaser at any time, according to the discretion of RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd.. If purchaser does not follow the terms and conditions as outlined in “BULK AND WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. has the right to terminate any established agreements or responsibilities between purchaser and RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd., according to the discretion of RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd.
