QUIT SMOKING & VAPING
Satisfy Your Hand
To Mouth Cravings
A tobacco-free non-electronic inhaler to quit smoking and vaping.
Trying to quit smoking or vaping? White Cranberry Cores were specifically formulated with super plants known to reduce nicotine cravings, among other other withdrawal symptoms. These plants, paired with Füm, are an effective physical replacement for the oral sensation and the hand to mouth habit of smoking. They bring the powerful benefits of super plants to aid in your quitting journey.
Before jumping into the nitty gritty on the benefits of these super plants, let’s talk about some of the common effects of nicotine withdrawal when you’re quitting smoking:
A classic craving buster that has had numerous studies showing its effectiveness in aiding in getting off nicotine and tobacco. It also may improve blood sugar, have cancer-fighting properties, improve brain function, and has some impressive anti-inflammatory properties.
Primarily in this core for its boozy, fruity, sweet flavor, Davana also has anti-inflammatory and mood boosting properties. The sweet flavor may also decrease sugar and food cravings.
Known for its healing effects, Black Spruce is a great plant for aiding in tissue healing. Smoking is very damaging to your olfactory system. Using Black Spruce with Füm can work to aid in healing of that damage.
A sweet, deep and warm flavor that people naturally associate with desserts. Cinnamon works as an effective stand in for those sweet cravings as it may reduce inflammation and aid in blood sugar regulation.
A unique plant that has been shown to aid in balancing water retention, which can cause discomfort, bloating, and make you less nimble and active. Balancing water levels in your body eases the inflammation that smoking can cause.
A happy, citrus, mood boosting plant, Orange is not only flavorful but also beneficial. Quitting smoking typically increases feelings of stress and anxiety. Orange can combat that up-tick in negative emotions while also improving lung function, and balancing appetite.
Quitting smoking comes with an array of nasty side effects that only increase the challenge. However, there are plants that can naturally support your body through those withdrawal symptoms, making the quitting process a bit less daunting.
All of these plants are a part of our White Cranberry Cores that were designed specifically for easing withdrawal symptoms in a tasty, beneficial, and natural way. Quit with the sweet, zesty mix of fruity cranberry and sweet cinnamon.
Remember, only 4% of people who attempt quitting without support succeed. Set yourself up to be a “winning quitter” with the help of these plants and Füm™.

Best device to quit
One nicotine quitting pack and it got me through wanting to smoke or vape ANYTHING. I don’t know what voodoo you got in those cores, but I’m cured with the need/desire to smoke anything. can’t think of another product that actually delivered on their promise, thank you FUM!!!
I love everything about it...
I love everything about this product. Purchased it to stop smoking and it helped immensely. Since then have bought more cores and they are great. I recommend it to all my friends. Thank you!!!
FUM Freedom
I had been decreasing my nicotine use through vaping and had gotten to using 0mg juices. When switched to using only FUM, I was very happy with the ease and FREEDOM of the product. I see it now as a simple essential oil delivery system for personal on-the-go aromatherapy.
My husband has been using Fum
My husband has been using Füm inhaler to help quit his dipping habit. Seems to be helping with the cravings! It’s a journey but we are happy to have a natural way to help kick the habit!
Such a great tool to have!
This core has been so key for me in my 30 day challenge of making healthier eating choices. I cut back on dairy, processed sugar, grains, legumes, and coffee. I’m on day 22 and I’m not even craving any of these. It’s helped me to press pause, take some breaths, and reset my mind to stay strong. Definitely recommend!
Amazing for kicking habits
I’m a mental health and addiction counselor and am constantly trying to help clients quit smoking. Typically I suggest black pepper on a toothpick but ever since finding füm this is what I recommend! Their conquer cores are so wonderful for the recovery community!!!!

For what seems to be a simple idea, is a genius product. I tend to fidget and/or have a bit of an oral fixation especially during the work day. Very happy with it.
