I started using a traditional vape to quit smoking a couple years ago. After 12 months I knew I didn’t want to keep using a vape. I read about FÜM on social media and decided to give it a try. I loved it. I then spent 6 months slowly weening myself off the vape ( was down to 2mg by the end) and then went FÜM full time.
