Peppermint Essential Oil Benefits
Why Peppermint?
I'm someone who suffers from a medical condition called Temporomandibular Disorder (TMJ). TMJ is basically a disorder causing my jaw to slide out of it socket. Because of my condition, I'm not allowed to have any chewy foods that could aggravate the joints from popping out. Gum being the number one irritator for my jaw, which I have not been able to enjoy for over six years.
When my friend first introduced me to FUM + Peppermint, I instantly fell in love with the sensation. Not only was I able to get the refreshing feeling that chewing mint gum gives, but the peppermint opened up my chest, leaving me feeling more energized. Curious about what other benefits peppermint oil and FUM could bring, I started looking more into it. Here's what I found….
