Lavender Essential Oil Benefits
Why Lavender?
"At first I thought fum was a silly idea, how could it have any benefits, but after my sister got one I tired it and was convinced I had to have one too. I used peppermint oil only for a while, but it was getting boring. I figured since I suffered panic attacks often, lavender oil would help with that, so mixing them and fuming whenever I felt one coming on, and ever since I've been calmer and have had less and less!" -customer review
"I am loving my FUM since I got it! <3 Was suffering today and was in great need of some seasonal support. Put some Lavender and Peppermint in my Fum. five minutes later and I was good to go for the rest of the day" -FÜM Fam Facebook Group
"I'm so glad I purchased this product It's super fun to use and has been the best way to consume essential oils that I have seen. I've used numerous other methods for essential oils, such as vaporizers, direct application, consumption in foods and liquids. This is by far the best. Also the essential oils that come with the product are the best on the market. I use my own lavender the first time I received the product and it immediately calmed a very nauseous feeling from a bad reaction to an antibiotic." - customer review
What is Lavender?
Lavender's health benefits were discovered in the Mediterranean region over 2,500 years ago. Lavandla Angusttifolia, otherwise known as lavender, is a cross between two plants called Lavandula Hybrida and Lananduala Latifolian. Both of which are a part of the mint family. Therefore, Lavender contains similar health benefits as Peppermint Essential Oils.
