Lavender Essential Oil to Alleviate Stress and Get Better Sleep

@Sahara, Diffusing utilizes water to vaporize essential oils and disperse them in a room. Using your FÜM is a direct way to utilize the aromatic properties of essential oils without the use of smoke, vapour, or diffusing. The air passing through the FÜM picks up the aromatic molecules of the essential oils and delivers them directly to you.
Many people have found FUM to be a useful tool in their journey to quitting smoking and vaping. With the combination of the habitual action of inhaling slowly through a “pipe” like device along with the benefits of essential oils, many people have been able to quit. It is a great way to replace negative habits with positive habits!
We are not medical professionals, so we are unable to definitively say the safety of using essential oils during pregnancy. We recommend looking into the safety of inhalation and pregnancy for each individual essential oil before using. Please follow the guidelines for each essential oil in regard to pregnancy and consult your doctor.

@Kim Each Core has the perfect amount of essential oil infused to be used over one day, so you can use the same core throughout the day with any amount of puffs. To prevent evaporation of the essential oil on your Core, we recommend storing your FUM in its case between uses and keep your pack of Cores resealed. You can switch between core flavours, but we recommend cleaning your Füm before changing it up.
